If you decide to make a bank transfer, we have partnered with a third-party Japanese escrow company, Nakamura Group Limited, who will safeguard all bank transfer payments and secure your funds until you receive your watch and are happy with it. If for some reason there is an issue with your watch, Nakamura Group will release your funds back to you after you return the watch back to us.
