Warranty Period
Our watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The "Date of Purchase" refers to the date on your bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document provided by Ginza Watches Japan as proof of purchase.
Warranty Service
If your watch encounters any issues within this 2-year period post-delivery, we will either repair or replace damaged parts, or correct the repair, at our discretion.
Coverage Includes
- Movement failures
- Crystal scratches or breaks
- Damage to the case or bezel
- Broken stem, crown, or clasp
- Water damage for water-resistant watches
- Strap replacement for rips or tears
- Battery replacement
- Shipping costs for repairs
Exclusions
Our 2-year limited service warranty has specific conditions:
- The warranty does not cover parts not serviced by Ginza Watches.
- Service or opening of the product by a third party, or addition of non-original strap or bracelet components, will void the warranty.
- Ginza Watches reserves the right to determine the applicability of our warranty for each watch under a warranty claim.

Service Time
The duration for warranty service repairs varies depending on the watch brand and the nature of the service required. Typically, it takes 8 to 12 weeks. Once your watch service is complete, we'll provide a shipping tracking number via email.
