What payment options do you accept?
Ginza Watch accepts American Express, Diners, Discover, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, as well as various other local debit cards and invoicing options.
All available payment options for your area will be displayed at the checkout page once you have entered the country of delivery.
What currency is displayed on the website?
The product prices featured on our website are displayed in USD.
Ginza Watch is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversation rates that your bank or credit card company may use when purchasing from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

What is your exchange policy?
We exchange products if they are defective or damaged, and we also offer exchanges for different sizes. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@ginzawatch.com with your order number and a description of your exchange request.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Circumstances eligible for a return and refund:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect Product
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ginzawatch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
